What makes HGC different from other recipe guides?
Hungry Girls Club is about adding delicious, easy and nourishing recipes into your life, deprivation not included. The recipes are made with minimal ingredients and intended to provide meal inspiration and ease into your every day. This is not a recipe collection intended for weight loss, nutritional advice or to treat any health concerns.
When will I receive the recipes?
Whenever you subscribe, within 12 hours you will receive the current recipe collection for that month. All future collections will be delivered straight to your inbox on the last Friday of every month, giving you enough time to grocery shop and prepare for the following Monday.
What are the nutritional stats?
While this is not a weight loss, macro or health-specific program, nutritional stats are included with each recipe. On average each day of meals includes over 100g of protein and under 2000 calories.
Are there options for dietary preferences like gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.?
The meals and recipes do not include any dietary restrictions. If you have food allergies or sensitivities HGC may not be the best fit for you. However, the meals can provide inspiration that you can make your own adjustments to fit your dietary preferences.
How do I follow HGC?
You can follow it however your hungry little heart desires. There are recipes for every meal of every day that you can follow to the T, or tailor (skip, repeat, etc.) to whatever best fits your preferences and lifestyle.
How many servings are in each recipe?
Most of the meals and recipes have been tailored to make single servings, but some will be for 2+ servings to allow for repeat meals. You can always adjust the serving sizes to more or less, depending on your specific needs.
Why aren't weekends included?
In the Hungry Girls Club, weekends are about living in the moment, baby. Take Saturday and Sunday to dine out, order in, or pull from recipes you maybe didn't get to earlier in the week!
Will I lose weight using the HGC recipes?
Please note HGC is not intended for weight loss, or to address/treat any health issues or nutritional advice. The intended use of the HGC recipe collections is to provide meal & recipe inspiration and ease. If you have weight loss goals or health concerns to address please seek advice from a doctor or registered dietitian.

If you did not receive your guides on the last Friday of each month, please be sure to check your promotional and/or spam folders. If they appear there, drag to your "primary" tab so it will appear in your inbox moving forward. You can also add gracie@hungrygirlsclub.com to your approved senders list.
